Investor/Partner Visa

Residence/Family Visa

 

A Residence Visa allows foreigners to stay in the UAE for three years, renewable without any restrictions. This type of visa allows the holder to sponsor immediate family members, such as a spouse and children below the age of 18. Residents must enter the UAE at least once every six months to keep their status valid. Otherwise, the visa may get cancelled and can be reactivated only through legal procedures.

Minimum salary demands: AED 4,000/month for male expatriates and AED 10,000/month for female expatriates

Medical fitness tests for dependents above the age of 18

Employment/Work Visa

Tourist Visa

Tourists visiting the UAE for pleasure require a tourist visa. The sponsor can be an airline, hotel, or tour operator. The types are as follows:

30-Day Tourist Visa: It is valid for 30 days and has an issuance validity of 58 days.

90-Day Tourist Visa: It has single or multiple entry options with extended stays

Maid Visa

 

To sponsor a maid, the residents should have a UAE residency visa and some requirements need to be fulfilled. The process involves obtaining an entry permit and then a residence visa, labor card, and labor contract of the maid. Among the necessary documents are salary certificates, tenancy agreements, and passport copies of the sponsor and the maid.
